Worker Injured While Using Pipe Bursting Machine

On October 21, 2010, Employee #1, a 24 year-old male with Blessing & Harvey Prof. Svcs Inc Dba Ernie's Plumbing, was operating a trenchless pipe bursting machine when the casing to the pulley broke and hit Employee #1 in the right leg, which fractured. Employee #1 was taken to John Muir Medical in Walnut Creek where he was hospitalized for three days.
