Employee Is Injured in Slip on Floor

At approximately 12:10 p.m. on October 18, 2010, Employee #1 was working at a senior assisted living facility. She was injured when she left resident room Number 20 and slipped on the recently mopped floor inside. She fell forward and struck her face on the floor. Employee #1 was treated on-site with ice for the contusion and swelling above her left eye. She was hospitalized at John Muir Hospital for treatment and remained for observation until she was released the next day.
