Employee Is Killed in Fall from Scaffold

On April 29, 2010, an employee was setting up a scaffold that he owned. He first took his harness off then. The outrigger that he was standing on shifted, causing him to lose his balance and fall 34 feet to the ground. A coworker also lost his balance but was able to hold on to the side railing. The employee was killed.
