Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:10 p.m. on May 28, 2011, an employee was working his shift supervising staff in the service area when he collapsed. Coworkers called the emergency medical services and the employee was transferred to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth. The employee was not resuscitated and died during the transfer. he employee did not have any previous history of heart disease or health conditions, although he was diabetic.
