Employee Dies from High Elevation Fall

Employee #1 fell from a board to the derrick floor below. Employee #1 and his coworkers, were in the process of rigging up. The rig had been raised and the A legs had been secured to the derrick. Employee #1 was assigned the task of straightening and securing the lines used to raise the rig.
