Track Hoe Strikes Employee and Causes Fatal Fall

Employee #1 was standing on the platform of the concrete crusher. Employee #2 was operating the track hoe. Employee #2 miscalculated and hit Employee #1, causing him to fall approximately 12 ft, 3 in. to the ground. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
