Employee gets broken bones from falling off a roof

On June 3, 2010, Employee #1 of Mark Russo dba Covenant Window Cleaning, was cleaning skylights on a residence and fell over the leading edge of the roof onto the decking below. The fall height was approximately 14 feet. Employee #1 was hospitalized as he sustained multiple fractures.
