Employee Injurs Hand in Conveyor Belt Accident

At approximately 1:40 a.m. on May 28, 2010 Employee #1 was adjusting a conveyor belt, using hand tools to loosen and tighten bolts that adjust the roller. As Employee #1 was turning the bolt the lacing on the belt, his hand went into the roller and the roller spun his hand around as it was taking it in. When Employee #1 pulled his hand out, it cut the top of his hand, with two lacerations going across it. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital and treated for his injuries.
