Investigation Summary
*FATALITY WAS NOT WORK RELATED* EE started shift at 7:30 on 6/13/2010. At approximately 1020 hrs EE complained of pain in left arm. Super was contacted. Super transported EE to County Clinic. EE complained of chest pains, upset stomach. By the time EE reached clinic, EE was unresponsive. Mercury Air Transport arrived & 1115 hrs and pronounced that EE had expired. Work load was not a factor. EE was measuring drill hole depth. Heat was mid 70 degrees. EE was hydrated Kern County Coroner stated Natural Causes report within 90 days.
