Employee Dies after Fall from Joist

On January 21, 2010, Employee #1 was installing 2-in. by 6-in. ceiling joists for a single family residence. He stepped on a joist and it broke under his weight. He fell approximately 10 ft. He suffered a fatal head injury and died.
