Employee Is Killed When Crushed by Granite Counter Tops
On December 7, 2009, Employee #1 removed a granite countertop from a row of granite countertops upon an easel, when the easel fell. The easel sent countertops falling, which struck his head. He sustained crushing head injuries that killed him.
