Investigation Summary
On August 19, 2010, Employee #1 was positioned on an ladder of a car wash. Employee #1 was pruning and trimming the trees and edges that were located around the perimeter of the property. While on the ladder, Employee #1 lost his balance, and fell from the ladder, hitting his head on the concrete ground. Employee #1 suffered severe injuries to his cranium, and was transported to a local medical center, where he was treated for his injuries.
