Investigation Summary
On October 16, 2009, an employee, a sales representative, was in the parking lot showing robotic equipment to a coworker. He stored equipment into his vehicle and was walking through the parking lot into the company building, when he was struck by a pick-up truck that was backing up from the warehouse. The employee was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Bay Front Hospital where he died as a result of complication head blunt trauma.
