Investigation Summary
On February 18, 2010, Employees #1, #2, and four coworkers were installing bracing to wooden trusses while working on/inside the web of the trusses with Employee #3 and a coworker working on the ground. The trusses rolled and collapsed. Employees #1 and #2 fell from the trusses and were injured (not specified). Employee #3, working on the ground, was killed when the trusses fell on him. Employees #2 and #3 were hospitalized and treated for fractured legs.
