Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:45 p.m. on February 9, 2011, an employee and two coworkers were cleaning up the closed lane after a tractor trailer wreck. An unidentified box truck crossed through the cones into the closed lane and hit the employee, who was pronounced dead at the hospital.
