Employee Collapses, Later Dies of Natural Causes
At approximately 9:15 p.m. on March 22, 2011, Employee #1 collapsed while performing his regular task of positioning large rolls of paper to feed a printing press. A coworker witnessed the collapse and emergency responders were summoned; however, Employee #1 died of natural causes.
