Investigation Summary
On December 17, 2009, Employee #1 was conducting survey work along Highway 710 in Meade, CO, when a car started braking and skid off the road. The vehicle struck and killed Employee #1. He was wearing a reflective vest at the time of accident. According to police report, the vehicle speed could have been the cause of the accident.
