Worker Dies in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 9:15 a.m. on August 25, 2009, Employee #1, of Mark Young Construction Inc., was caulking an open seam between two walls. While applying the caulk, he was working from a Werner 8 step ladder. While descending the ladder, it tipped causing Employee #1 to lose his balance and fall 8 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized but died from head injuries.
