Employee Is Killed While Rehearsing Tumbling Routine

On August 17, 2009, Employee #1, a tumbler, was rehearsing a choreographed tumbling routine used in the "Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular" show at Walt Disney World. During the stunt, Employee #1 inadvertently struck another performer. The action threw Employee #1's timing off, causing him to fall to the mat and break his neck. Employee #1 was killed.
