Employee Injured Falling Off Trailer

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on March 6, 2012, Employee #1 was standing on the right tire of a trailer, and unloading by hand, sheets of plywood from a flatbed truck to the customers below him. As Employee #1 handed a sheet of plywood to the customers, he lost his grasp of the sheet of plywood. As Employee #1 attempted to grab the falling sheet of plywood, he lost his balance and fell to the ground breaking his left wrist. Employee #1 was taken to a local hospital for treatment and released.
