At approximately 10:30 a.m. on July 25, 2011, a truck driver for BJ Trucking Co. head quartered in Phoenix AZ. was working as a truck driver for DOSH Torrance District office, when he became pinned between his truck and the loading dock. The driver did not survive his injuries.
