Employee Is Injured in Slip and Fall Incident

At approximately 5:20 p.m. on December 17, 2010, Employee #1, an automotive mechanic, was walking on unpaved ground. He stepped into a depression and slipped and fell. Employee #1 sustained a broken right hip. Employee #1 was transported to Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center by emergency response personnel and was hospitalized.
