Investigation Summary
At approximately 6:30 p.m. on December 1, 2010, Employee #1 was walking down Corridor Number 24, and she slipped and fell. Several employees were working and cleaning in the immediate area (Corridor Number 23). They heard Employee #1 call for help and came to her aid. The building's security was called and responded to the area. Emergency medical services were summoned. The fire department responded and transported her to a medical center.
