Employee Falls and Sprains Hip

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on April 4, 2008, Employee #1, a mechanic, while walking, tripped and fell, striking his back and hip on a dolly. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was hospitalized and underwent surgery. He was hospitalized again in September for six days. .
