Employee #1 was responding to a radio call driving a Chicago Police Department 2005 4-door Chevrolet pool car. The road was slushy and wet and the car went up on the curve and slammed into the light pole, which in turn slammed into a tree on the driver's side. Employee #1 suffered multiple unspecified injuries.
