Investigation Summary
Employee #1, working for the Murphysboro Township Earn Fare program, was found by a coworker pinned between his van and an entrance door to his building. The van was running and was in gear. When the coworker moved the van, Employee #1 fell to the ground and became unconscious. He was transported by emergency services to the hospital, where he died four days layer from his injuries.
