One Employee Killed, Two Are Injured, When Struck by Truck

On September 25, 2009, Employee #2 was sitting in a truck facing south on highway. Employee #3 was standing in a trailer behind truck stacking traffic cones. Employee #1 was standing on roadway collecting traffic cones. A pickup, traveling north on the highway, struck the trailer moving the trailer and truck. The pickup continued to travel striking and killing Employee #1. Employee #2 received a head concussion and head injuries. Employee #3 received multiple bruises and contusions.
