Employee Collapses and Dies

On July 27, 2009, Employee #1, an employee of Benton Roofing, Inc., was working on the roof of a McDonald's when he complained of chest pains. Employee #1 was given a reliever, took a lunch break, and returned to the roof. The employee collapsed. Employee #1 was then taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
