Employee Is Injured in Fall from Spiral Freezer

At approximately 8:40 a.m. on April 18, 2011, was working for an employer that specialized in food manufacturing. As Employee #1 was descending a spiral freezer that was 118 inches above a concrete floor, he lost his balance and fell. He landed on his left side, resulting in receiving injuries on his left leg, left forearm, left hip, and back. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby medical facility, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
