Investigation Summary
On July 6, 2010, while working at a residential construction site, a 56 yr-old male carpenter was cutting plywood sheeting with a power circular hand saw. The employee slipped, and the rotating blade of power saw came in full contact with the worker's hand. He was transported to the hospital, and his hand was amputated.
