Employee gets broken bones from falling off a ladder

At approximately 2:00 pm, on June 3, 2010, Employee #1 of Dominguez Grove Services Inc., was climbing an extension ladder placed against an avocado tree branch when the branch broke. Employee #1 fell approximately 15 feet to the ground below. Employee #1 was transported to Rancho Springs Medical Center where he was hospitalized due to his fractures.
