Employee Falls from Dump Truck

At approximately 8:54 a.m. 0n May 26, 2010, Employee #1 sustained serious injuries to multiple body parts when he fell approximately ten feet from the top of a dump trailer to a compacted dirt surface. Employee #1 was on top of the trailer, and as he started to pull the tarp off the trailer, he lost his balance and fell to the ground. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center where he was admitted and surgery was performed.
