Employee Fractures Ribs When Striking Machine

Employee #1 was using the Ditch-witch when it hit a large, muddy spot under the top surface of the ground. Employee #1 lost control of the equipment when it stopped suddenly and he fell over the top of the machine. Employee #1 suffered two broken ribs, but was not hospitalized.
