On November 1, 2009, Employee #1, a teacher who worked for the Fremont Union School District and was not a contract worker, tripped and fell as she was walking down a tiered classroom. Employee #1 was taken to El Camino Hospital, where she was hospitalized for treatment of unspecified injuries that apparently included a fracture.
