Employee Loses Balance, Falls, Suffers Contusions

On July 19, 2009, Employee #1, an employee of a flea market, suffered a head contusion when he got dizzy and fell to the ground. Employee #1 was given first aid treatment immediately at the site before being transported by ambulance to the hospital. Employee #1 was hospitalized for two days before he was released.
