Worker Dislocates Left Shoulder in Fall from Ladder

On June 9, 2009, Employee #1, of Contrast Enterprises LLC, was cleaning gutters. He was using a backpack leaf blower from a ladder to blow out debris from the gutters. While descending the ladder Employee #1 shifted his weight, causing the ladder to pull away from the building. This then caused him to lose his balance and fall to the ground. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a dislocated left shoulder.
