Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

On November 9, 2009, Employee #1 was "weathering" a chimney flue. Employee #1 was tied off, but he unhooked his fall protection. He walked across the roof and lost his footing. Employee #1 slid down the roof, over the eave, and fell to the dirt ground. Apparently, Employee #1 fractured his back and he was hospitalized.
