Employee Is Shot During Convenience Store Robbery

At approximately 1:00 a.m. on March 17, 2010, an employee of a 7-Eleven Convenience Store located in Kansas City, MO, was shot during a robbery. The employee was working alone as a cashier and was confronted by a gunman demanding cash. The gunman shot the employee in the chest and fled the premises. The employee was taken to a local area hospital, where he died from his injuries.
