Employee Is Electrocuted While Trimming Tree

At approximately 3:10 p.m. on April 19, 2011, Employee #1 was using a chainsaw to trim a tree in the front yard of a private residence. When a branch fell, it contacted a 16,000 volt power line. Employee #1 was electrocuted.
