Employee Is Injured in Fall from Step Stool

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2010, Employee #1 was a maintenance administrator at a telephone company. He was using a step stool to hang a poster, while decorating an office. He was injured when he stepped down, lost his balance and fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized at Huntington Memorial Hospital for treatment of a fractured ankle.
