Investigation Summary
On July 13, 2010, an employee, a maintenance worker, went to an elevated shipping container located in an outside yard area to retrieve a shipping box. The employee retrieved a ladder to access the elevated shipping container. When the employee walked out of the container he apparently forgot he used a ladder to access shipping container and walked off falling approximately 10 feet to the ground. The victim was taken to Whittier Hospital in Whittier, CA where he was treated for fractured arm.
