Employee Suffers Chemical Burn to Eyes

At approximately 6:30 a.m. on June 27, 2010, Employee #1 was cleaning the ovens with a spray foam machine. The hose kinked and pressure built up in the hose. As the employee straightened the hose, foam shot out of it into his eyes. Employee #1 sustained a chemical burn to the eyes and but was not hospitalized.
