Employee Slips and Falls

Employee #1 was walking down the hallway when she slipped and fell to the floor fracturing her left hip. It was suspected the floor might had been cleaned and waxed by the cleaning crew the night before leaving the floor a bit slippery. Employee #1 was brought to the emergancy room where she was hospitalized for treatment to her injury.
