Employee Is Killed in Fall from Tanker Truck

On May 29, 2009, Employee #1, a truck driver, was operating a tanker truck to deliver a load of chocolate to an ice cream plant. Upon delivery, he climbed on top of the tanker and opened the tank. After looking inside the tanker, he closed the door and walked to one of the sides of the tanker, which he fell approximately 11 feet to the ground. Employee died due to a head trauma.
