Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 9:15 a.m. on August 13, 2009, Employee #1 was working on an A-frame ladder. He lost his balance and fell, injuring his foot and wrist. The injuries apparently included fractures, and Employee #1 was hospitalized. A helper, who was 5 feet away, was balancing the load and looking at the awning, when he heard Employee #1 yell, as he lost his balance.
