Employee Fractures Hip in Fall from Roof Trusses

On June 18, 2009, an employee was laying out outriggers on roof trusses for a garage section of a residence. He tripped and fell a distance of 8-9 feet to the ground, dragging the trusses with him. The employee was hospitalized and treated for fractured hip.
