Investigation Summary
On June 16-18, 2009, a worker complained to his employer of having influenza-like symptoms. On June 20, 2009, he was admitted to Lillington Hospital and was hospitalized until June 26, 2009, when he was transported to Charlotte Memorial Hospital. The employee died that same day of unknown causes.
