Employee Dies from Natural Cause

On March 28, 2011, Employee #1 was working at a preschool. As she left for a lunch break, she informed a coworker that she had a minor backache, and was going to take a nap in the community room during the lunch period. When she did not return from lunch, a coworker went to look for her, and found her unresponsive in a recliner. The coworker then summoned for emergency medical personnel. They arrived and transported her to a hospital, where she died.
