Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On March 01, 2011, Employee #1 was working for his employer, a specialized HVAC installation and maintenance company. Employee # 1 inadvertently slipped from the ladder and fell approximately eight feet onto a carpeted concrete floor. Employee #1 suffered back and shoulder trauma injuries and fractured ribs. Employee #1 was transported to Mission Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries. Employee #1 was a full-time employee, with no other contracts. The accident was reported to DOSH (Division of Occupational Safety and Health) on March 3, 2011.
