Employee Suffers Torn Ligament in Fall

On January 1, 2011, Employee #1, a maintenance worker of California Pacific Annual Conference, picked up a small boulder off the ground and placed it into a backhoe bucket. He lost his balance and fell to the ground. Employee #1 landed on his left arm, injuring his arm and shoulder. He was transported to the hospital and underwent surgery to repair a torn ligament.
